Hello! Thank you for checking here for my blogs. Gosh, there are years and years of musings here.  Feel free to browse here. Also, recently, I was awarded a blog on Psychology Today. I have to admit, it’s really different for me to write for such a wide audience. The blog here? It’s been for anyone visiting this site specifically. Nope, I never did a mailing list or anything.

Actually, on second thoughts, it isn’t that much different. I’ve always double and triple-checked for accuracy, bias, and communication ease. BUT I notice that pressing the “publish” button feels just a tad more intense now. Here? I can revised after publication, no problem. And, I have used that revision option many times.

All that said, please feel free to visit my Psychology Today blog titled, MeaningFULL: Candid perspectives on self-image and mental health. Hopefully, you’ll find the topics–all relating to self-image and mental health–interesting, helpful, and filled with possibility. Reminder, blogs are for informational purposes and to provoke thoughts. Blogs are not therapy or professional advice.
